Buyer data is automatically populated when creating or updating the user profile and includes:

- Email address.

- Phone number (if available).

3- Contract Subject:

This contract concerns the user purchasing one of the platform’s digital subscription plans, granting access to various content and educational paths.

4- Product or Service Details:Our platform offers a range of subscription plans tailored to meet the needs of all learners, from free plans to advanced academic programs.Users can view details of these plans through the Subscriptions page.The subscription is activated electronically within the user’s account immediately after successful payment.

5- Payment Method:

Payment is made electronically via the secure iyzico gateway, using Visa, MasterCard, or any other available payment methods.

6- Delivery Policy:

As the product is digital content, it is delivered immediately after payment by activating the subscription within the registered user’s account.

7- Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Due to the digital nature of the service which is activated immediately after payment, the buyer is not entitled to withdraw or cancel the purchase once completed.No refunds are possible after the subscription is activated.

8- Dispute Resolution:

In case of any disputes, the buyer has the right to refer to the Consumer Protection Board or the relevant Consumer Court in their area.

9- Contract Acceptance:

This contract is considered accepted and effective once the buyer confirms the payment on the website.
