In my understanding of Stein, we believe that the real achievement is not measured by speed or abundance, but rather with balanced continuity, and the calm mind behind them, why do we link the achievement to tension?- Culture of "speed = success" in education and work- fear of failure or a sense of insufficient- continuous comparison with the achievements of others on the social media The existence of studied rest periods within the study routine- the belief that the achievement comes only with the continuous fatigue that occurs when the achievement is overwhelmed with peace of mind?- Terrorism and chronic tension- low quality of study despite the increase in hours- weak social relationships and a feeling of isolation- internal extinguishing towards the things you liked- in some cases: collapse or withdrawal with steps to achieve a balance between achievement and comfort Psychology: 1. Determine your personal definition of achievement: not what others see, but what you suit you. 2. Take comfort with a comfortable conscience, no guilt: comfort is part of the achievement, and it is not a betrayal of it. 3. Work according to your energy system, not the timing of others: some of us are active in the morning, and some in the evening .4. Set aside a fixed time for the activities that you are: light sport, artistic hobby, calm time without tasks. 5. Right yourself to progress, not perfection: Ask, am I better than yesterday?
